Bay Anchor is an online-only shop, making coastal-inspired illustrated apparel and goods available wherever you are. While we do not have a physical storefront, you can browse and purchase our unique designs anytime, from anywhere. All orders are shipped straight to your door after being processed by our print-on-demand partners.

Shipping worldwide to select destinations. International shipping is available to select countries. See checkout for options.
Free Economy Shipping (US Mainland)
• Enjoy free Economy Shipping on most all U.S. mainland orders—your Bay Anchor haul usually docks in 3–7 business days.
• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days; you will get a tracking link as soon as your package sets sail.
Reduced-Rate International Shipping
• We have negotiated sweet, discounted rates for select global destinations (Canada, the U.K., the EU, Australia, and more).
• Delivery times vary by region—expect 7–14 business days once your order ships.
Exchanges Only (No Returns)
Because every printed item, hoodie, tank, and tee-total masterpiece is custom-printed just for you, we can’t accept returns—but we’ll swap it out hassle-free! Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for items personalized with your initials or custom messages.
- You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
- Send back the unworn, unwashed item completely with original tags and packaging.
- Email exchange@bayanchor.com with your order number and what you’d like instead (new size, color, etc.).
We’ll process your exchange faster than you can say “Anchors Away!”
